Precast Concrete
In the area of precast concrete erection, SCI/Steelcon has completed several large precast projects including office complexes and parking structures. We have erected twin tees with over a vertical span of 75 feet. We completed the installation of an elevated mass transit guide-way system in Detroit, know as the "People Mover". This project consisted of a total of 173 precast concrete beams ranging from 50 to 118 tons over a three mile course through the downtown area.
